Vintage Heliodor with Diamond Halo 14ct Yellow Gold Ring
A really lovely 1.55ct light yellow heliodor with a diamond halo, set in 14 carat yellow gold.
This uniquely beautiful ring is in as new condition with no discernible wear to the stone or the setting. She has a light yellow 1.55ct round brilliant cut heliodor, clawset, with a halo of sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds. She has a lovely open gallery which lets light pour through the stone. The band is quite fine but strong. She would look lovely stacked with other rings and given the shape of her gallery could be worn with bands close to her base.
A heliodor is a yellow beryl, which is in the same family as emeralds, aquamarines and morganites. I have never had one for sale before and I will now be on the hunt for others. Such a pretty stone, it's name literally translates from Greek as "gift of the sun". Heliodor is used to promote joy, confidence, mental clarity, and physical vitality.
She is hallmarked for 14ct gold and the stone weights. She comes with an independent replacement valuation of $8,225.
She would make the most amazing engagement ring or right hand ring. A very special wear everyday ring.
