Refund policy

Investing in a piece of jewellery is a big decision, here at The Estate we do our best via our descriptions and photos to ensure that you are making a well informed decision.  We strive to include as much information as possible in our descriptions, so you know as much about a piece as we do.  We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we guarantee a full refund.

Please note that rings that have been resized by The Estate for the purchaser, cannot be returned.

To return an item please email Kim at kim@theestateantiques.com.au, or text/call on 0457 796 944 within 7 days of receiving the item.  The item needs to be sent back to us within 4 days of contacting us for the return.  As soon as we receive the item in the same condition as it was dispatched and in line with our return policy we will refund your money. 

Australian and New Zealand customers should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Australia Post Express Post (or the NZ equivalent) to:

Customers from the United Kingdom and United States, should return items carefully packed and fully insured with Royal Mail or Federal Express. 

The Estate will not be responsible or will not reimburse the cost of return postage, unless the reason for the return is our fault.

Any import or customs duties paid on an item will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
