Laybuy Policy
If you would like to laybuy an item please email, call or text Kim, to ensure the item is put on hold, because it is first in best dressed, literally!
Our standard laybuy plan for items up to $4,000 in value is over 14 weeks, if you are looking at a piece that is over $4,000, we are happy to negotiate a longer term.
A deposit of at least 12.5% is required to secure your item, then fortnightly payments of at least 12.5% until the total balance is paid.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you do not pay the deposit within 24 hours of the invoice being issued, the item will be re-listed. Please text Kim on 0457 796 944 when you have paid the deposit.
Payments are by direct debit, the banking details will be on your invoice.
When the total amount is paid, we will release the item(s), and express post them to you.
If you would like to cancel your laybuy, we will retain the 12.5% deposit and refund any payments over this amount.
We don’t offer the option to transfer your laybuy to another piece of jewellery.
If the laybuy is not completed by the 14th week and we cannot contact you, we will retain the deposit and any payments received.
