How Laybuy Works
Laybuy allows you to secure a piece now and pay it off over time. To get started, please email, call, or text Kim to place your item on hold — it's first in, best dressed!
Laybuy Terms
Payment Plan
- Items up to $4,000: standard 14-week plan
- Items over $4,000: longer terms available — please contact to discuss
Deposit
- A minimum deposit of 12.5% is required to secure your item
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Payment must be received within 48 hours of your invoice being issued, or the item will be re-listed
Ongoing Payments
- Fortnightly payments of at least 12.5% until the total balance is paid
- Payments are made by direct debit — banking details will be included on your invoice
Completion
Once the total amount is paid, please let me know, along with
- Where you would like it posted to
- A mobile phone number for the tracking
I will package your item(s) and send them to you via express post, with signature on delivery.
Cancellations & Non-Completion
- If you cancel your laybuy, I will retain the 12.5% deposit and refund any payments above this amount
- Laybuys cannot be transferred to another piece of jewellery
- If the laybuy is not completed by week 14 and I am unable to contact you, I will retain the deposit and all payments received
