Antique Danish 18ct Yellow Gold Amazonite Ring
A very special and unique antique Art Deco amazonite ring in 18ct yellow gold. Signed by Laurits Berth and made by Danish jewellery company Christian F Heise.
This beautifully crafted handmade ring features an 18k gold setting and band with a large oval cabochon-cut amazonite. The gorgeous large stone is supported by a lovely thick band.
It was likely designed by Laurtis Berth, who was a gold & silversmith based in Copenhagen that used the initials 'LB' from 1893 until 1957. (There was a second Laurtis Berth active from 1957-1967).
She is in excellent antique condition, and has been particularly well looked after. Her setting is in perfect condition and she has a gorgeous thick band.
Amazonite is known as the "hope" stone and is recommended to be worn by Virgos. It is a variety of potassium feldspar called microcline and has been prized since ancient times for its healing properties. It is believed to empower one to search the self and discover one's own truths and integrity, and to move beyond fear of judgment or confrontation.
What a style statement and even more powerful if you are danish or a Virgo! This beauty is in excellent condition and can be resized if required. A stylish special occasion or wear every day ring.
