9ct Art Deco Rose Gold Fancy Link Albert Chain with Fob
Beautiful Antique Art Deco fancy link double Albert watch chain in solid 9ct rosed gold, with a fob and two dogclips.
A beautiful chunky chain with a wonderful weight to it. Such a beautiful intricate link with both ribbed links and rope like textured links, absolutely stunning! It has two dog clips, both are in good condition and work perfectly, they are hallmarked for 9ct gold as is the fob. I suspect that she is Australian or New Zealand made between 1900 and 1920. She is slightly more yellow coloured than most antique rose gold fob chains, but she still has quite a rosy glow to her and could be worn with both rose or yellow gold pieces.
She is quite short so I have had an extension piece made from a piece of chain that was an original part of her and had a fob attached. If you require her longer still, I can have the extension piece links copied.
The necklace is in excellent antique condition. A very special piece of jewellery to treasure and wear everyday.
